I´m Monique, the woman behind Hive Residencies.

Empowering women became my purpose through my years as a digital nomad where it became crystal clear that whenever I found myself in company of empowered women, life became extraordinary. And it didn´t matter if they were friends or strangers, there was a power beyond our relationship that did not know about limits.

Luckily, one can find women communities almost everywhere these days. However, I wanted to provide a safe space for its members to call home, and to use as an incubator of their dreams. We live in an individualistic society and we have forgotten the benefits of living in community, which continue to amaze me. Resources, responsibilities, network and ideas flow in a much more natural state when shared.

All in all, Hive should be the trampoline for us women toward leading an extraordinary life, a place where we can reconnect to ourselves and others based in trust, collaboration, and passion.
